These qualities translate seamlessly into teaching, mentoring, and workforce development, where they can inspire many different types of learners. Their ability to foster a learning environment through connection, self-exploration, andpersonal growth enriches educational environments and strengthens organizational growth.

Employing Veterans empowers them to make a difference in the world. It is not only a recognition of their contributions to service but also a meaningful investment in those who continue to dedicate themselves to building stronger communities through knowledge and development.

Veterans Day, Women Veterans Day &

Mental Health Awareness

WVE&T provides education and awareness on topics like Veterans Day, Women Veterans Day, mental health awareness, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Military Sexual Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, reintegration, and the crucial role civilians play in veterans’ transition to civilian life.

Classroom Visits-K through college

Hire veterans for lunch-and-learns, classroom visits (K-college), and other events to share their experiences. Let us show your students how we can all serve our community by listening to veterans’ stories and understanding how their experiences apply to everyday life!

Women’s History Month

History is essential—especially to ensure we don’t repeat the mistakes of the past. At WVE&T, we offer engaging presentations on the history of women in the military, leading up to the present-day experiences of women veterans in our communities.

Historical Importance of Storytelling

Ancient warrior cultures such as the Greeks, Romans, and Native Americans had homecoming ceremonies for their returning warriors (veterans). The community welcomed them with this ceremony of ritual storytelling. For the warriors (veterans) it facilitates releasing both the trauma and celebrating the triumph of military service. At WVE&T we define public speaking as ritual storytelling with both aspects of healing and performative qualities. The community that supports them identifies what services are needed, listens for education and awareness and solves the epidemic of isolation.

Hire the Veterans at WVE&T to provide an educational and heart opening ritual storytelling for your community.
