Please join us as we create space to explore and express your thoughts, challenges, and triumphs. In this space of non judgement and empathetic listening we can begin to rewrite our narratives. You can change your story!
Free writing is utilized as a vehicle for exploration, conversation, and discussion. There is no judgement or expectation of a polished product.
