Ritual Storytelling Open Mic Series “Warriors Homecoming” Comes to Allentown

Allentown, PA — A powerful new two-part community storytelling experience, Ritual Storytelling Open Mic – Warriors Homecoming, is coming to downtown Allentown this spring. Hosted at 1125 Hamilton St Allentown, this unique series invites veterans and community members alike to share their voices in a space rooted in tradition, courage, and connection.

The series will take place on the following dates:

• Wednesday, April 22nd — Doors open at 5:30 PM, event runs 6:00–8:00 PM

• Tuesday, May 26th — Doors open at 5:30 PM, event runs 6:00–8:00 PM

Drawing inspiration from ancient warrior cultures—including Greek, Roman, Vikings and Native American traditions—Warriors Homecoming highlights the long-standing practice of storytelling as a vital part of returning home from battle. Throughout history, warriors have shared their truths with their communities through powerful narratives—stories that have inspired timeless works and continue to resonate today.
