Join us at the Inkwell Inc. Allentown to hear stories of military service, war and homecoming. We all have a story to tell. We can connect through struggle, suffering and triumph to uplift each other. Support in the audience or Sign up for the open mic, all are welcome.

Everyone is Invited! Be a witness to support the veterans in your community.
In partnership with the Inkwell Inc Allentown and "Once Upon a Word" Open Mic will feature military veteran storytellers Jenny Pacanowski, Corinna Brown, Zina Bethea Dawson, Ihsan Peterman and daughter of a veteran Maria Whitfield from Women Veterans Empowered & Thriving!
The veterans will courageously grace the stage like the ancient warriors to speak their stories as they reintegrate back into the community.
WVE&T and Once Upon a Word invite those who have NOT served and those who have served to sign up for the open mic.
