First Responders this workshop is for you. Take the time to help yourself the way you help others.
During these tumultuous times of heightened exposure and fear it is now more essential than ever to acknowledge and respond to our mental well being.
This workshop will provide a non-judgmental platform to express these acknowledgments through writing and reflection.
Empowerment Writing creates healthy camaraderie, promotes creativity, and unites community.
No writing experience necessary!
